This section will cover all the available positions one could apply for and or earn from working at Hanakotaba. This portion will also include the work duties of these positions.

Each shift there will be different people working. I hope to give a chance to all my workers by providing them with open availability to work different shifts. There will in total be 3 major job positions, 2 having both a head and or "Senior" of that sections. Below will be a list of positions and what their priorities and duties are.

Senior Cashier:
This individual will be the head of their section. They will typically be the oldest in time working there compared to other workers. These cashiers show leadership and the ability to manage others properly.

Cashiers:
There will be a total of 14 normal cashiers. Their duty will be to take care of customers personally. They will take the customer's orders, handle any questions about items, etc. They do most of the socializing with others, they're our main source of being able to run this shop!

Senior Security:
There most likely won't be a need for a Senior Security Gaurd seeing as though there are not going to be many people filling these sections. These once again would be the oldest in time worked at Hanakotoba, showing that they have earned their position.

Security:
There will be a total of 3 security guards. Security will typically be able to sit there and relax on the job, talking to others and ensuring that their shopping experience is to their liking. On occasions where they are needed, they will be the muscle. Dealing with any disruptive individuals that wander into the shop to cause mayhem.

Managers:
There will be a strict 2 managers position. These spots are not able to be achieved through applications, but rather through hard work. These individuals have shown not only myself but also their fellow co-workers that they're able to get things done. They have spent a good amount of time at the shop, helping in every section, and just overall showing leadership skills.
